Project Details
Description
The last decades have witnessed a growth in availability of panel and other microeconomic data sets, with a corresponding increase of possibilities and challenges both for economic analysis and methodological development. This project deals with investigation and development of microeconometric models and methods as well as with applications in various disciplines. Methodologically, interest focuses on analysis of panel data and qualitative and limited variables. Markov chains, heterogeneity, individual specific effects, Poisson regression etc. are worked with. Financial market microstructure and health economics are central areas of application.
