Description
Our aim is to continue the line of research in marketing and eventually add an aspect of logistic to our research agenda, and make our contribution in the discipline of marketing and logistics. Bowers & Kiefe (2002) call for integrated model of health quality research and our aim is to use both the measures of service quality that is assessed by the patients and measures of service quality that are independent of the patient evaluation but nevertheless have a significant influence in total service quality of health care.
