Abstract
While previous strategy research has mostly explored macro to macro relationships, in this paper we investigate how the characteristics of strategic decision processes influence microsocial behaviors. More specifically, we explore how strategic decision processes moderate the relationship between the tertius iungens orientation (TI orientation) and creative performance.
