The aim of LTAS is to introduce young scholars including PhD students to the wonderful world of service research and guide them through their academic journey. In this edition of LTAS, the exploration of emerging paradigms in service research was a central focus. Participants gained a deeper understanding of what it means to make an impact through research, reflecting on its significance from multiple perspectives. Discussions centered on defining impact at an individual level, finding the sweet spot of one's research impact, and identifying strategies to enhance the influence of one's work.
