Sammanfattning

The paper addresses language awareness at the workplace where interviews were carried out with Swedish-speaking staff in Ostrobothnia (Finland). The dynamic model of multilingualism serves as theoretical frame for the research. The analysis of the introspective data shows that the interviewed staff reflects on plurilingual phenomena.
