Sammanfattning
The KMAP is a portfolio of activities ensuring a balanced approach to KM strategy. It consists of a workmat and a set of questions based on a conceptual framework designed by Karl-Erik Sveiby. It is specifically designed to elicit, as answers, knowledge-focused initiatives in line with international best practice. This ensures a powerful process in which your organisation selects the projects that suite you, ranks them and generates a project plan for implementing these projects. It is a highly interactive process, which generates buy-in and commitment for the projects chosen. It features 47 Knowledge Strategy Issues.
